How do I reset my password?

Visit the homepage and click 'forgot password'.

Why can I not start specific courses?

You need to check if the course has a prerequisite. This will be visible in the description of the course. If this is the case, complete the prerequisite first and return to start this course afterwards.

How do I save my spot for a live session?

Some courses might include live sessions scheduled by your instructor. These can be held in classrooms or via a webinar tool. Just make sure to Register for the event by clicking the related button in your course.

How can I down my certificate?

Just hover on your name at the top of the page, click "My certificates' from the drop-down menu of options and select the one you wish to download. Hover and click on the download button to save it on your device.

Where do I access files that have been share with me?

There are two places to look for files shared with you:

  • a) From the course you are viewing. Click on Files at the top right to access files shared.
  • b) From your user profile. Hover over your name at the top of the page, click "My files" and view any files shared directly with you.
